RETURNS POLICY

At YourVideoMemory.com, our priority is ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase you make.

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please review the details below for our return policy.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be shipped back to us within fourteen (14) days from the date you received your order. Items must be returned in new and unused condition, including all original packaging, covers, tags, labels, and USB cables.

 

RETURN PROCESS

Before returning your order, please complete a Returns Form, which is required for all return requests.

Upon completing the Returns Form, you will receive a returns confirmation email confirming your request.

Securely package the item in its original packaging and mail your return to the address provided in your returns confirmation email.

Please note that shipping charges for returns are not covered by us at this time. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

 

REFUNDS

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund within fourteen (14) days. Refunds may take up to ten (10) working days to reflect on your bank statement, depending on your payment provider. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS

While we conduct quality checks on all orders before shipment, if you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately for assistance.

For damaged, defective, or broken items, please complete a Returns Form and select “Item is damaged, defective, or broken” in the Return Reason field to arrange a refund.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges at this time. Follow our return process for a full refund to your original payment method.

Additionally, please remember:
You are responsible for shipping the item back to us for processing a return or replacement; we do not cover return shipping costs at this time.
Upon receiving the item in like-new and unused condition with all original packaging and materials, we will credit your original payment method for the full price of the item(s).
We do not offer exchanges; please follow our return process for a full refund to your original payment method.
